your why & setting your intentions

Clarify Your Intention

Every successful leader begins with a clear intention. Your intention is the foundation of your journey. It shapes how you show up, what you share, and the energy you bring into this community.

Becoming an affiliate is more than building an income stream. It is about sharing products and solutions that support genuine transformation. When you understand your intention, every conversation and connection becomes more authentic and aligned.

Take a moment to reflect before moving forward. Ask yourself:

What inspired me to join this community?

What do I hope to create for myself and others through this opportunity?

How do these products align with my personal beliefs about wellness and integrity?

What kind of leader do I want to become?

How will I measure my success beyond financial results?

There is no right or wrong answer. Your intention might be personal healing, creating time freedom, or empowering others to take control of their health. Whatever it is, write it down and keep it visible. This will guide your actions, decisions, and conversations as you grow.

Now, go deeper. Close your eyes and imagine that your intention has already come to life. Feel the emotions of that reality. Notice the confidence, gratitude, and peace that come from living it. Let your body experience those feelings fully.

This is how you align your energy with your intention. When you hold that feeling consistently, your thoughts, words, and actions begin to match it. You attract opportunities and people that reflect the frequency of your purpose.

When your intention is clear and you can feel it as already real, your actions gain focus, and your message naturally attracts the people who are meant to work with you.

find your why

Before you start building your NABA Affiliate business, it’s important to know why you’re doing it.
Your
Why is what will keep you focused when things get busy or challenging. It’s the reason you said yes and the reason you’ll keep going.

Take a few minutes to reflect and answer these questions:

Step 1: Your Motivation

Why did you say “yes” to the NABA Affiliate program?

What excited you most when you first learned about this?

What do you hope this opportunity can do for you and your family?

Step 2: Your Financial Goals

How much extra income would make a difference for you each month?

$200? $500? $2,000+?

What would that extra money help you do right now?

Pay bills, save for a trip, get out of debt, more freedom, etc.

Step 3: Your Emotional Why

How would your life feel different if you reached that goal?

Who would benefit most if you succeed your kids, your spouse, your future self?

How would it feel to help others do the same?

Step 4: Put It All Together

Now write your “Why” in one or two sentences:

“I’m building my NABA Affiliate business because ____________, so that I can ____________.”

Example:

“I’m building my NABA Affiliate business because I want more time freedom and to replace my part-time income so I can be home with my kids.”

💡 Tip: Post your Why where you can see it every day on your mirror, phone background, or planner.
Your Why is the heartbeat of your business. The stronger it is, the stronger your drive will be.

Build your foundation

Step 1: Make Your List
Start with everyone you know, don’t overthink it!
Write down:

Friends

Family

Neighbors

Co-workers (past & present)

Gym buddies, parents from school, church members, etc.

Goal: Aim for at least 50–100 names to start.
This is your “warm market” people who already trust you.

Pro Tip: Don’t pre-judge who would or wouldn’t be interested. Your job is simply to share!

2. Start Reaching Out

How to connect naturally and confidently

Message Examples

Text or DM to reconnect:

“Hey [Name]! How have you been? I’ve been working on something new that’s really helping people feel better and live with more energy. Would you be open to hearing about it?”

Curiosity message:

“I’ve been trying something that’s helping me with [specific benefit, sleep, energy, focus, etc]. You came to mind — want me to send you a quick link about it?”

“Hey [Name], just checking in, did you get a chance to look at what I sent? No rush either way, just wanted to make sure you saw it!”

3. Share the Product

Product Conversation Starters

“What do you usually do for [sleep/energy/focus]? I found something that’s been a game-changer for me.”

What to do next

Once you’ve created your list and found your Why, it’s time to take action!

Your goal now is to invite, connect, and plug people in to the tools and community that do the explaining for you.

1. INVITE

Your job isn’t to explain everything it’s just to invite!
Think of yourself as a
connector, not a salesperson.

A connector focuses on building genuine relationships and sharing value. You listen, learn what people need, and introduce them to products or opportunities that can truly support their wellness or goals. It’s about creating alignment, not persuasion. Connectors lead with curiosity, care, and authenticity.

Sample Invites:

“Hey! I just got invited to an info call tonight would you hop on with me?”

“My friend is sharing how this business is helping people earn from home. Want me to save you a spot?”

“You’ve got to see this, it’s quick, simple, and might be a fit for you.”

Pro Tip:
The goal is to get them
in front of the info, helping others find what fits, rather than trying to convince them.

2. SEND A VIDEO

If they can’t attend live, send them a quick video that explains the product or business.

Example Messages:

“Totally fine if you can’t hop on the call I can send you a short 3-minute video that explains it better than I could!”

“Check this out when you get a minute, it’s what got me so excited about this.”

Then follow up within 24–48 hours with:

“Hey! Did you get a chance to watch that video? What did you like best about it?”

3. PLUG THEM INTO THE COMMUNITY

Invite them into your team or customer Facebook group, this builds social proof and connection.

How to Say It:

“I’d love to add you to our private Facebook group, it’s full of stories, results, and info about what’s possible.”

“I’ll tag you in a couple of posts that show what people are experiencing, it’s amazing!”

Pro Tip:
Once they’re in the group, tag them in 2–3 posts that match their interests (product story, lifestyle, etc.)

4. BRING THEM TO A LIVE CALL

Live calls build belief and help your prospects hear real stories.

Invite Example:

“We have a live call tonight at 5 PM it’s super short but really powerful. Can I send you the link?”

“You’ll love hearing people’s stories that’s what helped me decide to jump in!”

Follow-Up After Call:

“What did you like best about what you heard tonight?”

5. KEEP IT SIMPLE

Your goal is to share, invite, and connect that’s it!
Let the system and community do the rest.

Your Daily 3x3 Goal:

Talk to 3 new people a day

Follow up with 3 people

Celebrate or encourage 3 teammates

Consistency compounds, simple steps done daily create big momentum.
